I. FIRST - BECOME A MEMBER
A.Go to www.TheRockportObserver.com (Not case-sensitive)
B. On left side, go to and click on ‘Member Center’
C. Click on 'Sign Up' and follow instructions
II. TO UPLOAD A STORY OR ARTICLE
1. Log Into Member Center with your information:
2. Scroll down to the green field marked ‘Writer’
3. Click on Submit New Story
4. Create a headline in the field marked ‘Title’
5. Write a summary of the story in the field marked ‘Notes’
6. Select a Category - Either ‘News’, ‘Opinion’, etc.
7. Copy and paste story into field marked ‘Article’
8. Write in your information into the field marked ‘Author Bio’
*9. IMPORTANT: Uncheck the box that says, ‘Send straight to editors’
10. Click the box that says, ‘Attach Photos’ (Always try to have at least one photo per story.)
11. Fill in the box that says, ‘Number of Photos’
12. Click on ‘Add Images, then Save for later’
Now click the button that reads, SEND TO EDITORS
