Light Up River

Rocky River streets will be twinkling with light again this year during the fourth annual Light Up River! All residents are invited to light up the night and showcase the beauty of their homes and our community.
If you want to join the fun, you can pick up a luminaria kit at the following events and locations:
-- All Aglow at Rocky River Senior Center on Friday, December 5th
-- Downtown River Holiday Walk on Saturday, December 6th
-- Holiday Home Tour (hosted by Rocky River Women's Club), December 7th
-- First Federal of Lakewood, 20425 Center Ridge Rd., through Saturday, December 20th
Kits also can be ordered through December 6th. Sand and home delivery will also be available for an additional charge. Order forms are available on our webpage, at the Rocky River Library, Civic Center and Senior Center.
Proceeds from kit sales will go toward Beautification Committee projects, like the croquet-style bike rack at the Rocky River Civic Center, refurbishing the stone walls at Erie/Detroit, Bright Spots and more!
The group's mission is focused on projects and recreational activities that foster community involvement to improve the appearance of the city. The Committee strives to enhance the quality of life in Rocky River.
